Who doesn’t love Piña Colada? Especially when you can have it for breakfast! Yes, you heard me! Todays recipe is a healthy smoothie bowl, tasting like long summer nights on the beach & pool parties. A bowlful of happiness. It’s also super easy to do and fills you up for a long day. See the whole recipe right after the jump!
Wir alle lieben Piña Colada, oder? Vor allem, wenn man es gleich zum Frühstück haben kann! Das heutige Rezept aus meinem aktuellen Food Diary ist eine leckere Smoothie Bowl, die uns zugleich an heiße Sommernächte am Strand und Pool Partys erinnert. Außerdem geht es super einfach, schnell und macht lange satt. Das ganze Rezept gibt es nach dem Sprung!
2 servings / 2 Portionen
- 3/4 can coconut milk (make sure to get some of the liquid and the cream)
- 3/4 can of pineapple (make sure to get most of the liquid and some fruit) – you can also go for the fresh one, but make sure to add some liquid (water, milk) if you do!
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 fresh, ripe mango
- pinch of turmeric
- dash of plant-based milk of your choice
- chia seeds
- sliced up persimmon
Step 1: Combine coconut milk, 1,5 bananas and pineapple and blend until smooth. Pour directly into your bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Mix up your mango, left over banana and turmeric and milk – transfer gently into your bowl and create a pattern by swirling it gentle with a spoon. Or just get messy!
Step 3: Slice up your fruit and put it on top. Sprinkle on some chia seeds for some extra crunch! Enjoy 🙂
