Many of you asked me about my workout habits and how my new years goals are doing. In my bullet journal postings I talk a lot about my goal setting process and how I manipulate my daily routine to fit in as many healthy habits as possible. I had indeed big dreams for 2018 and decided that this year should be my healthiest year so far. But guess what – everything changed when I struggled with an inflamed muscle, that I tried to soothe since November 2017. How long can something like this drag on? Long story short: After hours of physiotherapy, strechting & osteopathy and taking it really slow (like really s-l-o-w) for the last couple of months I finally got the official „go“ to hit the gym (and the streets) again. You guys know how much I love working out outside. I got my first workout plan from my trainer and I was so happy to see that my first task was a short run.
